I do have a source of income however, cant be much help from this distance, but you know, PM me your address and I send you some Timtams sometime or something. I miss you being about.

I had to go on wikipedia to find out what a tim tam was and while they look good, what I really want to do is a TIM TAM SLAM!!!
Quote
The Tim Tam Slam is the practice of biting off the opposing corners of a Tim Tam, and using the modified biscuit as a 'straw' to suck up a hot beverage (usually tea, coffee, hot chocolate, Milo, or liquor such as Irish Cream).

Making me really, really uncertain: I think I may have taken my Lamictal twice today. Which I think is probably a pretty bad thing. Not sure though.

Um this is totally strange to read and a crazy coincidence but I did the exact same thing with the same drug almost exactly 2 weeks ago and freaked out and ended up at the hospital. Just...just eat food and drink a lot of water and pee as much as you can. They didn't pump my stomach or anything but ahhhhh bad experience. Shocked

I hope it works out ok for you and I'm sorry if I scared you...I have a pretty low body weight and sometimes too much medication takes me out so it might just be me. But the hospital and the psych ward follow-up are something I never ever want to experience again. Eating is important, is the lesson I learned.

I really don't remember taking it early, but immediately after I took just now, I had a horrible feeling, and then I counted the pills, and there were 57, and there should have been 58. It is entirely possible I counted wrong though. Should I be noticing any symptoms?

I am going to go count again.

(I suppose, though, it is entirely possible that there were actually only 59 pills in the bottle to begin with, in which case I have no real way of knowing whether I took it twice today or not.)

so it doesn't say how many pills are in the bottle?  Don't prescriptions normally give you that information to prevent this kind of thing from happening?  Maybe try not to think about it so that if something does happen you aren't already stressed out?  Hang in there Jeb!

Symptoms? Well first I got extremely excited about just about everything and bought a down comforter online and was talking extremely fast to everyone, and then at some point I lost track of reality and started pacing around and had a super panic attack and somehow called my friend and she figured out what to do from there. I guess it depends on your dose and body weight and how long you've been taking it and stuff. I say if it starts to feel weird call your doctor.

I was questioning the entire time whether I had taken two or whether the fact that I might possibly have taken two made it happen, and I also was adjusting another medication, and I'm just kind of baseline crazy, so...don't take my word for it. Doctor.

Keep us updated, I'm worried for you. Sad

Well, there should be 58 left in the bottle. The prescription was for 60. There are 57. Either they shorted me at the pharmacy, I started taking it a day before I thought I did (which is also possible--I have no memory whatsoever and no real way to verify this, 'cause I still had a few days' worth of samples when I filled the prescription), or I took two today. I definitely feel of the verge of a panic attack now, but it's pretty likely that that's just because that's how I tend to respond to worries like this. I'm definitely not feeling particularly manic, I don't think. My vision seems a little goofy and I'm a bit tingly, though the tingliness could just as easily be due to aforementioned anxiety. Anyway, I paged the on-call doctor (who should hopefully call back soon??) and I'm seeing my doctor in a little over two hours, so I think things will be okay. As long as I don't have a seizure or something, or get the death-rash. Probably I'll just be told not to take it tomorrow, just in case (provided nothing happens today).

Don't apologize to me you fuck.

ON TOPIC I am sitting the dining hall here with the vaulted ceiling and the wood paneling and the portraits of dead white dudes peering down at me while I'm eating.  I really hate eating in here because it does weird me out, but I felt like paying too much for matr paneer with like 2 pieces of paneer today.

On the less uncertain side they are now offering onion and cilantro as toppings to their vegetable dishes, so I said, "Pile it on, please."
