RIZZLE CAT

When I get home I will have to take a photo of Digby and post it, because they now look absolutely identical and are about the same size. Crazy!

LoL? Oh yes, I thought I was going to die from laughter induced asphyxiation. Thanks for posting that.

My roommate and I have been joking that we need to train my dogs to hunt cockroaches since we have a little problem with those, and I just watched boy dog TOTALLY STALK AND KILL one of those suckers. It was awesome.

Edit: Of course, he ate it, which is a little gross, but still.

When we had our basement apt in Brooklyn, our Siamese would stalk and kill them! He didn't eat them, though, he just left them in a place of prominence.

Yes, when I used to live in a building where the occasional rodent snuck into the kitchen, he would always bring his kill just across the threshold of the kitchen to the living room and sit next to it. Basically, I'm thinking I have a super-pet with the qualities of both a dog and a cat. (Either that, or he's just part terrier and hunting is in his blood. But the other thing is better.)

Ha! And she ain't even look *that* sweet.

Our savage beasts are staying at my aunt's while we're in NYC. Wriothesley had never encountered another cat other than Velcro and his littermates, so I wasn't sure how he'd react to Linda's cats. He seemed to do okay, just low growls and posturing. I made the mistake of not realizing how off his game he was the first night after we dropped them off and tried to pick him up. He tore into me like never before. But evidently they've reached detente and totally adjusted. My aunt sent me a ridiculous cat update email with pictures and a status report. Much Love

I've been cat-sitting for an hour now, and already I got to watch a hilarious scene when the two of them ventured out into the snow, and have had two different purring cats in my lap. Pretty good so far!

It's been snowing like a motherfucker down here. Yesterday, we took L's cat outside because he likes to play around in it, and we snapped a picture of him sitting on top of a snow fort made by some dudes in her apartment complex.

Today, we were playing Legos with Finn, and I decided to recreate the scene. I now give you the resulting splitscreen:

Awesome! I should take Wriothesley outside in this; he's kind of built for it.
