Hoping the Capitals can hold off this third period push from the Rangers. It means a lot to have shorter series early on in the playoffs. Ovechkin's goal was sweet.

Woot!

Pens-Lightning is going to Game 7. Fuck.

Charlotte Checkers quietly knocked off the Hershey Bears tonight.

Anyone? Crickets?

So glad to hear this:

Pens-Lightning is going to Game 7.

While our boys are resting up! Hopefully Penguins can win so that it's even better when they get thrashed in the Semis.

Wooo, Bruins vs. Canucks!

For some reason, this strikes me as a very compelling Stanley Cup match-up. I say "for some reason" because I don't know much about what's going on in the NHL these days, so this scenario could be totally predictable and boring to someone in the loop.

Nevertheless, it's good to see a couple old-school teams in there, especially two old-school teams who haven't been there in a good while.

Nobody plays back-to-back in the playoffs... I was kinda looking forward to a potential TB/Canucks matchup because both those teams can basically score at will, but the Canucks on their own are plenty entertaining.

The competition between the Phoenix Coyotes and Atlanta Thrashers to see which team will move to Winnipeg the fastest is pretty exciting too.

The city of Vancouver is basically in full insano "All Canucks All The Time" mode. As a fan, I can get used to this.

This is probably one of the better series for the final to be. I think the Canucks will win it, because I feel they are a better team overall, but it will be a great watch. The Bruins are big and can play nasty (especially Lucic/Horton)

Yeah, I had a couple of friends who managed to get tear gassed by, you know, leaving their apartment. Shit was insane.
