Yeah I understand it's crass to speculate, but at the same time, I seriously think there's something up. I wouldn't think that stage fright or performance anxiety would enter into the equation for an experienced politician, but maybe that's part of it. I wonder if these guys ever pop a few beta blockers before taking the stage.

I don't, really, anymore since they changed the recipe and it went from tasting like PBR to tasting like a Bud Light knock-off.  Probably the answer for most Chicagoans is: The Cubs.

Like I said, back in the day it was more or less indistinguishable from PBR.  (Doesn't the same company own a lot of those regional crap beers, Old Style, PBR, Lone Star, Rainer, etc?)  Three or four years ago they changed the recipe, 'cause they wanted to cut back on hops and make it cheaper to produce.  Now, like I said, it basically tastes like a crappy Bud Light.  It's still probably better than Nati or Busch or Keystone or whatever, but it's the same price as PBR and High Life, so I usually go with those if I'm drinking crap beer.

Yeah the Champagne is my crap beer of choice, and I never liked PBR all that much. I think the shittiest shit beer is Icehouse, that's what I bought 40s of back in college when I didn't know any better. Sorry guys what thread am I in?
