I'm guessing:
Ne'er will I ken what yez jaw
with hard-bitter dogs of the cliffs
and his flat scrug
for what with corn dogs was a curd and
for a dozen delicious scraps
doctor and my wife go without for birds
nor olives or a slashfic of wrath;
we should fry for all its diminishing
and wait out all shits of your plows...

Interpretations of cf's shorthand may well become a style of poetry of its own.

This is making me want to transcribe this for you all, and also making me want to read more transcription attempts from you all.

Interpretations of cf's shorthand may well become a style of poetry of its own.

The closest I've seen to a poetry like this (other than misheard song lyrics) is this story by Miranda Mellis, which she calls "a homophonic translation of the first 9 pages of IL REVISIONISTA (Nutrimente: Rome, 2009) by Leonardo Luccone, a translation of THE REVISIONIST (Calamari Press: New York, 2007) by Miranda Mellis."

It sounds like someone made an unauthorized (and probably awful) Italian translation of Mellis's book THE REVISIONIST, and published it under his name. So Mellis translated the Italian back to English, concentrating only on the sound of the words. I thought the results were pretty freaking weird.

I really want to translate your other poem now, but I can't possibly waste that much of my workday. In the meantime, spotting 'birthright' will have to satisfy me.

Here's me translating CF translating me. Grace, I think you're better at this.

Cirrus clouds free scrofulous frogs
Plague of hurry con grizzly man
Wok 6 of the Equinox, wi-fi
6 ohms on the death wax, no receipts
(Gov has ways of controlling us)
If we'd judge the frog pond Gods
Then Leonardo would pirate over
Wards careful yet ferrous
A cycle of chi and Dijon air,
WTF drip moisturizer God wig
WTF = O if O O tropical
Warhaftig USGS 6 miles 1 ounce
We the winners of God figs and peas
Awhirl round ground, Elizabeth.

I have a real hard-on for musical variations; I think it would be really fun to write out a poem (not my own, I suspect) and compile a bunch of different 'translations' from all the different Last Planers. They'd be all independent works on a visual theme.

I was looking through my old poetry blog from a few years ago (ouch). Mainly it hurt, but this one is still my favorite, even with the pretentious french title...

L’Après Romantisme

This guy
walking down the street
at 2 in the morning
with a fucking cup-a-noodles
he covers the lid with his hand
and hopes it will stay warm
until he gets home
