i bought some of this today. i dont really know why. some lady was saying it was really good. my mind cant handle the reality though. the rind is actually pork fat. its pork liver wrapped in pork fat.

im about to make a sandwich with it.

it made me kinda queasy, honestly. next time im going to peel off the fat layer and toast the sandwich, then it might be edible. the actual taste wasnt bad just sort of weird. but the giant hunk of slmiy cold fat got me.
