The joke is that apparently, someone scared a little kid.  Which is TOTALLY HARD TO DO.  If there's one group of people that doesn't scare easy, it's little kids.  Seriously, what a huge fucking accomplishment.  Someone must have been slaving away on a master plan for like, years, to pull this one off.  My god, HOW did someone actually FRIGHTEN a SMALL CHILD?  The sheer DIFFICULTY OF IT ALL JUST FUCKING ASTOUNDS ME.

I'm up for cutting off the knees of whomever made that video.  In addition, Andrew, I'd suggesting editing out the link, so as to prevent this video from virally spreading to any more people.  Your call, though.
