Ugh. Today is pain in the ass productive day.
On the docket for the next few hours?
-Pick up shit from mom's office
-Drop off slides
-Drop off scanner for repair (GRR...)
-Re-contact professors about letters of recommendation
-Work on my personal statement
-Begin packaging everything up for mailing out on Friday.

hi swimmy! you're from fairfax! holy shit, i have a bunch of friends from there! and they all hate it!
I go to school there. Compared to my home town, where the nearest bearable movie theater is a 50 minute drive away, and the nearest decent music store is an hour and a half away, Fairfax is kind of magical.

As a bonus, I updated the router firmware on my network and it seems to have solved some latency issues I was having before.

Also, alexandra's mother is known to go about shouting, "WHO PUT THIS THING TOGETHER? ME, DAS WHO! WHO DO I TRUST? ME!"

Wait, are you excited about this?
That's so confusing to me.
well, i have never been and MOTHERFUCKING AND! one of my favorite people of all time lives in Fairfield.
me + kristy = bff for lyfe
Aw, it's not as exciting as New York... but I'm here, so...
Plus you get to see where all the rich people live. Because remember, when you live in CT you're automatically rich.
But really, it'll be fun. Maybee I'll take you to my favorite library or something. *starts thinking of fun places to visit, because really, CT is lame compared to the nyc*

ok, so it's 1:15 in the morning, i have work in not quite 9 hours, and i have this urgent desire to go into the kitchen and cook nachos. in fact, i have this urgent desire to go to the 7-11, buy a tallcan of arizona raspberry iced tea, THEN come back here and cook nachos.
god, i am so gonna regret that if i do it.
maybe 7-11 will present something cheap and less likely to cause heartburn for potential purchase. i think i better go now before it gets any later.

I, personally, would opt for the tall can of BEER.
But I live in the puritan state. (And the more I bitch about the liquor laws up here, the more they stay the same.)

A nothing town in Tennesse called Greeneville.
But it could always be worse. Mountain City, which is right on the eastern border, has a grocery store. That's about it. We at least can hang out at Andrew Johnson's grave and
pretend to be dead presidents
