Me too, and I've gotten a lot of flack for that.  Now we're brothers, though.

The Ring was better than Ringu. also it was fucking scary. sometimes when im laying in bed at night i think about the chick coming out of the tv, or the dead girl in the closet. it creeps me out, and i havent seen the movie in over a year.

noooooo I just stopped having nightmares yesterday  Crying or Very sad

ringu was pretty bad even though I went out and bought it on VHS... the cornier the better.  was it a book first or was I hallucinating?

I actually heard the grudge sucked the big ones.. maybe I'll give it a shot.

The Ring was pretty well-done, for an American remake (of anything, even an existing American film). Grudge, on the other hand, sucked pickled eggs. One cat-scare after another (sometimes literally so), sleepy performances, no characters to care about. A couple of nice CGI moments and some inventive camerawork, but other than that...feh. Wasn't really even very scary.

Anything with Buffy is worthy. She gave my wife and me backstage passes at a Tom Waits show. She is the best.

The Grudge didn't scare me. I actually found it kind of funny. They tried to use the same thing to scare you over and over. I suppose the group of girls sitting in front of me screaming constantly didn't exactly add to the movie.
