I have three enormous painful zits on my forehead.  I still get zits from time to time but not that big and not on my forehead.  I am pretty sure it is from stress, as I am very stressed because I just had a kid, and i haven't slept in three weeks, and work is killing me, and my entire family is coming to visit this weekend, which is freaking the hell out of my wife and making me even more stressed.

I think I would feel better if I could go sit in a bar for a few hours and tie one on, but I feel like I won't be able to do that again for about 18 years.

Well I rarely share my annoyances but since masturbation comments are upon us, I will go ahead and say that I am very frustrated with how little privacy I have in my current situation.  I don't like doin' it in the shower, and thats about the only time I'm alone nowadays.  And I guess my roommate is at work a lot, but even then the cat is always around and I'm certainly not going to let HIM watch, and I feel bad for kicking him out of the room just cuz I wanna sock the ol' clown.  He's a great cat (he's sitting here purring away on my bed with his left paw on my thigh...what a sweetie!) and I guess I put our friendship before my masturbatorial needs sometimes...

Anyways I'm kind of drunk and annoyed cuz it's just been way too long (almost a month!) since I've helped myself...

Woke up this morning to awful stomach pain and bloating. Also, 2 months ago I got a pill stuck in my throat and it fucking burned a hole in my esophagus, giving me bad chest pain and unable to move much at all for a day. Anyways, the acid reflux from this morning is burning that esophagal hole anew, and my chest hurts like hell again. I did throw up about 15 minutes ago and since then my stomach feels a little better. Jesus this is miserable though. Ugh.

So after I wrote this I immediately began feeling worse. Much worse. I managed to get an appointment with my doctor. I writhed in pain for about an hour and a half while waiting to see him, and when he saw me stilll writhing when I came in, he asked me and my dad why I wasn't in the hospital. Anyways, he figured it wasn't gallbladder or aappendix (I don't have one) or anything, so he decided to try giving me a shot of Bentyl, a smooth muscle relaxant. It turned out to be probably the most painful shot I've ever had, and it did my stomach no good.

So then they decided to give me a shot of Demerol which also included another pain reliever whose name had a t and a z in it. 15-20 minutes later I'm still in excruciating pain, and they decided they're going to send me to the hospital. Problem: I can't walk. As soon as I stand up my vision goes all out of whack, I fell I'm going to imminently pass out, and I collapse. They get me in a wheelchair. My whole body is sweating profusely and my clothes are sticking to my skin. When I get in the car I throw up again (I had a bucket.) After that I don't remember anything, but they took me to the emergency room, and at some point during this whole affair (I can't remember exactly when) they say my blood pressure is 50-something (I wanna say 57?) over 30 (or thereabouts). In the emergency roon I remember there being a really hot nurse in charge of me and being unable to open my eyes for more than half a second to even take advantage of this good fortune.

Next thing I remember my younger brother Shane, my older brother and his wife, my mom and dad, and my maternal grandparents are all in my room. We watch most of the Red Sox game before I pass out again for the 8th and 9th innings. I guess they decided my blood pressure was still too low, so they took me to another room to spend the night. They gave me a lot of fluids and potassium (I was low) and such through an IV, and in the morning I felt better. My mom spent the night with me and had to try to sleep in a hard chair. I felt bad about that. Anyways, I finally got home this afternoon only to fall asleep for several more hours. I'm glad it's over. All-in-all definitely one of the worst days of my life.

I don't really know what was wrong. I didn't have a fever at all. In fact, I was slightly below at 97.8 degrees. The doctor told me he figured it was "functional pain." I think that means that my stomach just screwed up in some way, which isn't really encouraging. It's gonna be a long time before I eat any pizza again though. I had about 7 slices the night before. I thought it was maybe food poisoning, but there were 4 other people eating the same pizzas. If I hadn't already decided, this has made up my mind that I must find a way to get health insurance by January. Thanks for caring, all.

Dammit, I just spent the last half hour in bed tryingto sleep to no avail because my right ass cheek (where they gave me the Bently and pain shots) is hurting like hell. It's gotten worse as the evening has progressed. WTF, body? I seriously do not understand the multitude of physical ailments I've had to endure over the last 8 years. It's just ridiculous and makes no sense. Everyone else in my family is pretty damn healthy.

holy shit, tht sound terrible.

The shot probably had vistaril in it, an antihistimine that makes the shot hurt less, helps you relax and potentiates the demerol.
