I am very uncertain.

I am graduating but that means I have to find a place to live and start my life in the real world. This is scaring me quite a bit.

actually yeah i'm getting a graduate degree, so i guess it doesn't really count. but i have to find a place to live still way up in a place I've been to maybe 3 times, and i'm getting paid instead of paying, have to pay bills, be a grown-up...it should be a cinch but I'M UNCERTAIN. i believe you though.

i couldn't find the original one. but ytmnd is pretty great for wasting time and combating uncertainty. you can't argue with looping, contextless flash. you just can't.

Way to go on graduating!  Living by yourself and taking care of all your own business is one of the most exhilarating feelings even when at the most stressful.  You can just say "hey I'm doing this on my own" and you instantly feel better about eating rice for every meal. But since you have a graduate degree this might not even be an issue, who knows!  Anyway starting over is an amazing experience even if it is a negative one at first.  Be proud and certain that it is a cinch.

also, i'm not completely opposed to post-graduate education, i'm just opposed to it when it's done for the reason that people don't want to go ahead and become adults and live in the real world. those people need to pull it together and grow up already.

Yeah I hope it's pretty clear that I'm no longer anti education, and the post-grad kids around these parts I have nothing but love for what they're doing ('cept FK, who I love like dick loves its balls), Alex and Dick especially.

I slapped this phd student because they said to me that eventually they want to show that the underclass will be with us forever, because "there will always be people who refuse to help themselves."
