Yeah I'm hoping the Obama campaign will pay me for coming up with this shit

I'm also fond of OBAMA: HE'S THE BOMB but BARACK AND ROLL is really my crowning achievement

a few gems from the Encyclopedia Baracktannica:

Baracklamation - anything that Barack Obama says
Baracktogenarian - an Obama supporter who's older than 21
Barracoli - Essential part of the diet of the Obama supporter
Baractagon - An 8-sided Obama
Barackroach - Obama, as seen by supporters of Hillary Clinton
Obamaraderie - goodwill and lighthearted rapport at a campaign rally

and my favorite:

Barackabilly - A style of popular music combining the features of Barack 'n' Roll and hillbilly music

Oh man.

"Obamahawk: A light ax used by Obama as a weapon and tool."

Amaaaaazing

"Baracking Horse: A toy high horse, as of wood, mounted on rockers or springs, on which Obama may sit."

"Baracknid: Any wingless, carnivorous Obama supporter of the class Arachnida, including spiders, scorpions, mites, ticks, and daddy longlegs"

Holy shit

Hey why am I reading conservative blogs? I guess I just love racism. For instance:

Quote
My wife says that if Obama gets the nomination and McCain picks Secretary of State Rice as his running mate, either Condi or Michelle is going to have to get a new hair-do or it's going to be a very confusing fall for television news shows.

Yeah, have you been following that Michelle Obama/Cindy McCain dust-up?  Oddly enough I think if Obama gets the nomination, Michelle Obama is going to get turned into a Hillary-style pariah; a way of attacking Obama without risking as much backlash.  Like the old-fashioned sexism from perennial dickhead Mickey Kaus.  Clearly a woman can't have a political opinion!  She's just mad at her husband!

yeah, I was listening to talk radio the other day and they were going on and on about 'what michelle obama said I can't believe she said that this completely changes the election' but the never once actually said what she said.

She said, "For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of this country."  Which is pretty hamfisted, sure, but you'd think she shot Glen Beck's puppy.

its a stupid thing to say, for sure, but def. not earth shattering.

she doesn't say its the only time she's been proud of her county, its just the only time she's been REALLY proud of her country.  (you know thats the way they'd be playing it if they had a clinton spin machine)

the whole discussion about how much harder it might be for a black woman, living for 43 years in a country full of institutionalized racism and sexism, to find moments during which to be 'really proud of her country' is just not one the talk-radio guys want to have, i take it.

Ironically, the foaming-mad conservative talk radio folks stay so constantly pissed off and unhinged that it's hard to imagine any of them ever being proud (or even quietly pleased) about the country they're trying to "save" from the likes of McCain and Obama.

CNN pairs with youtube, so CNN debates are always on youtube the next day.

Wow dudes.  It's not as if I expect a high standard from National Review, but rightly or wrongly I usually consider it a bastion of slightly-more-thoughtful conservatism, when compared with Fox News, talk radio, etc, if only by virtue of its content being less disposable.

Anyway

Obama is a biracial 40-something, and is therefore a Communist.

Wow.  I cannot fathom how someone can write the phrase "half black/half Jewish, red diaper baby" for a mainstream (albeit extremely conservative) outlet and not be fired.

"half black/half Jewish, red diaper baby"

Next person who pisses me off in class is getting called this.

Not that it's big or clever.
