hah, i am actually a fan of taco bell. i wonder if greg likes taco bell? that would make sense. in my mind, he's a reincarnation of rev. norb, and that dude loves taco bell.

I like Fourth Meal, Inc. They are the only fast food I ever eat, and even then, it's only once in a blue moon. I mean, I recognize that their food is utterly disgusting, but it's amazingly delicious at the same time. But I probably won't be going back for a while. This whole beef situation has scarred me.

I don't know if I should repeat this story or not, and I don't remember how it goes exactly, but I know someone who hit Rev. Norb with their car. Or very nearly did. Again, I forget the whole story and I probably shouldn't be telling it anyway.

didn't someone on here quit their job at taco bell by having their friends drive up to the window and then the guy just said "I quit" and crawled through the window into the friend's car?

There was some leftover quinoa cooked with spinach and peas in the fridge so I heated that up, sliced some red onion to go atop, and toaster-ovened some pita with salt and oil.  Yeeeeeeaaaa

In vegetarian news, I'm having a bag of brown rice with a bag of Dal Makhani for lunch. It's not bad.

I fucking love Taco Bell, actually.  Though I had no idea you thought of me as in any way Nørb-like.  Did I ever post the cover of Weird Lookin' Woman that my band did in high school?

yeah, i've never mentioned it before, but i sometimes will think, for example, "oh, yeah, greg said he likes that record... no wait, that was rev. norb in a 1996 mrr column", that's how close you guys are in my mind. i had no idea such a cover of "weird lookin' woman" even existed either. i think this is a connection that my subconscious made entirely on its own. i think it has significant merit, though.

That's amazing!  Yeah, I used to listen to a lot of Boris the Sprinkler, though I never really read much MRR.  I'd post a YSI of the cover, but it's not so great.  It was wicked fun to sing live, though.

I just cooked some pasta and realized I had nothing to put on it... but I did have a bag of potato chips. So I mixed those in.

Actually it's not bad. very salty. also- these chips were not mine.

Yesterday, my roommate threw away the banana I had that had turned black, but the more time passed, the more I got sad, thinking about that lonely solo banana in the trash.  So I took it out, unpeeled it, and made it into some banana-peanut-butter muffins.  They turned out really well, and I had a couple with the last bit of my pomegranate ice cream.

So yesterday I found this blue piece of paper in the pocket of my jeans as I was about to wash them, and what do you know, a recipe for banana bread!  So I made some up last night and had a chance to eat it today.  Delicious!  Thanks world!

That's incredible. I wrote a recipe down for banana bread and put it into my pocket and then took it back out a little later and used it yesterday to make banana bread and it was ALSO DELICIOUS. Oh the mysteries of our pants.

my teeth are BIG and yellow and full of pits, but a flash hides a multitude of sins. That cake was the best cake I have had in a very very long time

But did you need to eat all of it at once?

No, really, Grace has great teeth that are unusually shaped - they're square. And not yellow.

I'm a better example of crazy bad commonwealth-style teeth
