Its INSURANCE not LOTTERY. All you losers that think the employer ought to just go ahead and pay for every problem are a bunch of losers. Time for America to start taking responsibility for themselves. She got a million dollars for christ sake. Then, she was stupid enough to pay 600k in legal fees. She wa sprobably making about 15k per year. It sucks that this happened, but at what point do people stop trying to make money off their misfortune.

Awesome. Just awesome.

Haha, awesome. I always hoped that guy was having a decent time somewhere. Maybe he invested his 200k wisely.

I don't know why it's always so funny to read about stupid criminals but it really is.  Knowing Chicago cops though, the dude had probably already surrendered when they shot him.  Assholes.

I know it's pointless to speculate, but what do you think was going through that guy's mind? That the employees were to frightened to call the cops?

There's also a 20 minute report by the same guy on the BBC - you can view it online if you're on the Windsor side of Calais. I'll pst a torrent link for the report for us non-Brits when I get my hands on it.

I just watched it for the first time on Comedy Central, but apparently the Bender's Big Score DVD has a full length episode of Everybody Loves Hypnotoad.  I'm sold.

Yeah, I haven't picked it up yet, but I want to buy it just for the Everybody Loves Hypnotoad. I mean, I woulda rented it anyway, but that justifies the purchase.

Wait, do you feel that's overly lenient or overly harsh?

I checked that out a couple days as well and I have to give them credit for being more cohesive than Family Guy's similar effort.

I haven't really thought of it either way.  Actually the first thing that popped into my head was Ice Cube and Tracy Morgan shouting "ONE THOUSAND HOURS?!"

But man, buying machine guns?  The fuck, TI?  You were just in a movie where you were a ROLLER.  SKATER.

Who's TI?

Also, I bought the Bender's big Score DVD as soon as it came out, and didn't like it much.  The one reason I'm really happy I own it is because of the Everybody Loves Hypnotoad episode.  I often put that on while I'm cooking something.

yeah, what he did wouldn't be illegal for you or i, but because he has a prior conviction, he's barred from buying guns. personally, this is a law i favor.
