gets played at my work on a big screen projector almost every night. It's pretty incredible.

Probably not safe for work, but it's not really that bad. Just HIGHLY suggestive.

That's the name of the band that did that video that killdozer linked to. Go watch it. Seriously. And he's right--you have to wait around for the big autotune breakdown at 2:45 or so.

Then you missed the ridiculous awesomeness of a techno/autotune breakdown in the middle of a horrible generic metalcore song.

Also, I thoroughly enjoy Brokencyde now that I'm used to it. The first time I saw it I freaked out, but since then I've started to look at it like watching a Looney Tunes cartoon.

Any way, I was thinking about the song "Soul Sister, Brown Sugar", and so as you do I go to the You Tube and look up Sam and Dave videos. And naturally I find some neat enough stuff:

Apparently the label removed Attacks Attacks's Stick Stickly video from youtube cos shit was going viral in a "holy shit this is the worst fucking thing I've ever seen" way. Has that happened before? I can't think of any other examples.

Guys, all of you need to watch that Stick Stickly video. The real kicker is at about 2:45, like KDSB says, but there's a few highlights throughout: I like the synchronised guitars-behind-head move, for instance.

There's a pretty hilarious new WFMU Beware Of The Blog post about them now, with a link to a fake wikipedia entry that was quickly taken down which described "crabcore". There's also a link to a new video for the same song. Check that out here, or if you just want to see the new video, see it here.

You know, I just realized--with all of these videos out there, and all of this info about this band suddenly everywhere, these guys must have some serious promotional muscle behind them. I mean, sure, all the publicity they're getting is bad, but for their (expensive-looking) videos to suddenly be everywhere, they've got to have some dollars backing them.
