So what exactly are the criteria for "crazy"?
There's this supervisor at my job. He's been working at the county for like 20 years, he's at a pretty high-up position, he seems like a pretty smart guy. But I had a fairly long conversation with him and "learned" the following things:
-French socialist fascists (the Rothschild family actually) are trying to take over the world but they can't because of America
-Bush and Cheney et al are trying to weaken American so the French socialist fascists can take over
-We're not going to run out of oil because God created it 10,000 years ago
-Confederate General Albert Pike predicted the three world wars and was involved in/began the plot to take over the world, also he was an Illuminati and "Illuminati" comes from "Lucifer" because they're satan worshipers.
He also told me he's involved with US Aid programs in Africa and he's building some sort of water pump and he needed me to give him a formula about pistons and camshafts, which I provided for him but I'm kind of afraid it's gonna go toward some nefarious means.

Hahaha. Since when are the Rothschilds socialists? (also, I think their influence is far far far smaller than it was before, but don't tell him, he might be disappointed)

Well he might have misspoken--first he said socialist, then he corrected it to fascist, but he kind of acted like they were the same thing.
But it's not just the Rothschilds, I think the Rockefellers and the DuPonts and and some others are in on it too.

I'm pretty impressed by his across-the-board crazy. Most people just get on one side of the most easily-available ideological spectrum and dig as deep as they can. It takes a very special kind of TimeCuber to stake out new ground like this.

Yeah I was impressed by that too. Though I listen to Coast to Coast AM every night so I"m pretty accustomed to the across-the-board kind of crazy that doesn't confine itself within our arbitrary sociopolitical boundaries.

Netflix sent me a movie that wasn't even in my queue. (The Planet Terror half of Grindhouse.) They didn't owe me a movie, I have three at home. There's nothing in my account showing that they sent it out. It's not that one of my neighbors' movies was put in my mailbox in error--it's addressed to me. If it was something I wanted, I might be tempted to keep it, but I guess I'll just send it back. Weird.

I've seen it. It wasn't painful to watch, but awesome? Really? Maybe I'll watch it again if I get bored.

I watched it and Death Proof finally a couple of weeks ago. You can see in Tarantino's movie that he really wants to fall into that kind of vibe he nailed down in Jackie Brown, which is the only film of his in which he had anything interesting to say. Despite this, it sucked balls, the 'grind' part of it felt tacked on to a movie Tarantino made basically so that he could do tight shots of gorgeous actress feets, and especially Kurt Russell's performance blew the foreskin of the weakest goat in your flock, to borrow an expression.
Planet Terror was awesome in the sense that it was so overdrawn, it seems like it might be a typical film were all screenplays required by law to be written by 11 year olds, and I don't feel bad in saying that such a movie industry would be an improvement over the one we have.
This whole post reminds me about that Jim Gaffigan skit about seeing movies way after they were released and wanting to talk about them at the water cooler.

"SHUT UP IT IS TOO JUST AS COOL AS THE OTHER SHREKS"
(more boos)
