I got promoted today. And was told that the company is modeling the department I now run, off the changes I have made for the entire world. (which basically means I am our companies efficiency expert for all sales.) word. And I get my bonus in a month and it's SWEET. I will be buying a new laptop and a bike, and maybe a flight to paris and maybe poland. woo woo!

Have I told you guys about my soccer team? I, the least athletic person the in the world, am on a soccer team. Our name is "Appetite for Destruction". We are in the play offs starting Saturday! Every time the ball comes near me on the field I start shouting "oh....fuck!!" because I don't like messing up. I have been covered in bruises since the season started, which makes me look extra tough. I like it a whole bunch! The other people on my team are mostly very very very athletic.  A lot of them played soccer in high school and are really good! I'm awful. I had never played before.

BUT. BUT. We're a really high seed and it looks like we have a good chance of winning the championship. That means we get shirts!

I'm happy that I let my boyfriend bully me into joining the team because it feels really good to get some exercise and do something I've never done before. Also? I like winning.
