Am I the only one who's a little offended that McCain is using "Peace" as a slogan?

By this point of the game pointing out the Orwellian overtones to campaign materials would be far too much like writing a suicide note.

I asked the I Ching.

Well, he doesn't seem at all powerful, so a big mana cost seemed pointless, so he couldn't be too strong. I also think he's better at outlasting than he is at scoring punches. But yeah, pretty randomly.

That is outstanding. I posted it to Whitechapel (Warren Ellis's messageboard) because I figured people there would get a kick out of it. Hope that's OK.

The U, Tap, Remove 3 foreign policy counters: reverse position on torture should have reminder text that says (Turn any number of +1/+1 counters on target creature to -1/-1 counters)

Referencing, of course, the card Torture from Homelands, reprinted in Shadowmoor.

Edit: Remember where you parked the SUV could have reminder text that says (Look at the top five cards of your deck and remove one from the game, shuffle your library and return the card removed from the game to the top of the library)

Would a Barack Obama card be white or green? I'm thinking white, not cuz of anything racial, but because of the HOPE garbage. Though I'd think CHANGE would best be represented by green, no? I mean really the way they've been conducting this campaign, both of em apparently wanna be green.
