Grace I knew you were going to tell that story.
Sorry.
But i did give you the vinyl copies of Blue Afternoon, and Coroner's Gambit, so i get something back karmically, right?

Didnt mean to imply that you hadn't!  Much Love

In 7th grade my "friends" all listened to terrible nu-metal crap. I really liked quirky rock (still do) and I left my bookbag with my copy of Marcy Playground's cd inside of it, at the table that we were all sitting at only to come back to it with the cd completely thrashed.

I've never really liked metal.

Also, I'm between houses for two months and right now my friend is holding onto my records for me. Which scares me. to death.

I'm pretty sure my orig. Misfits - Legacy of Brutality is currently missing.

Sigh.

Next time, Kyle, get me to hold onto your records. I'll take good care of them.

I know that probably sounds terrible, but I'm being totally sincere.

a jerk ex-roommate stole my entire cd collection a few years ago.
he also stole some of my dresses, which i will never understand because he was like 3 times my size.

i started rebuilding said cd collection and then one of my exboyfriends proceeded to steal all of my favorite cds when we broke up.

so i really kind of give up on music.  we're not meant to be together for long.

Just make sure you shoot them in the front, before they start running, otherwise it won't be considered self defense.

I don't think I have ever lost a record due to destruction personally.  However, a friend of mine lost his copy of Doom's "Fuck Peaceville" 2xLP to his overzealous Jehovah's Witness parents, who smashed the fuck out of it with a hammer.
