I could have sworn there was a new photography thread already, but I couldn't find it, so here's this one.
And here are some photos for it:

Those are great, jeb! Especially like the shop job on the first one and the whole "YA'INTFROMROUNDHEREAREYABOYAH" vibe in the fourth one. Who took em?

Our friend Eric. He's done a bunch of live photography for us too. He doesn't currently have a website, but he's pretty good. He did Frank and Katie's wedding as well.
There are hundreds of photos from this shoot. I might post a few more later that are pretty funny.

And while I'm thinking of it, here's a photo of Wezza, doing what every baby has to do at one time or another.
We've learned to keep the door closed, and the laundry now has one of those child gates on it, which the cats jump over to get to their litter trays.

We ran our own seder tonight so that everyone wouldn't have to go home or with strangers for the holiday. I'm not jewish, but I am also the only person out of the six of us who is capable of cooking, so:
Me and my boyfriend who was very, very, very happy with having his yearly bowl of matzo-ball soup.
I wish that I had a life's worth of seder-y memories! It's much more fun than easter.

But easter involves ham, and things that are leavened, like beer

see but you could
add
singing to Easter, but if I brought a 6 pack to a seder, I would be shunned. And this makes me sad.

I was gonna say... Easter in my church might be heavier on the storytelling than most Sundays, but there are still many many songs. I guess that while everyone's eating lamb and hardboiled eggs, though, she's right. What are some good new songs a person can sing on an Easter Sunday celebration outside of church? White Rabbit? The Zombies? Those particular examples of psych rock don't feel very springy, though... What else? Start some traditions....

Perhaps the point was that you get to sing during/after the meal with a seder, rather that have to go to church to do it. But yeah, singing.
Beth, I loved your pics!

This is so completely bad ass. I'm gonna show our bassist--he's been itching to take new shots of the band what with the lineup change and all.

Speaking of bicycles and photographs...
This morning I was all excited on my commute 'cause I was going to flip my odometer. Mid-January I installed a bike computer. The odometer showed 3 digits to the left of the decimal and 2 to the right. So this morning I stopped about halfway through my commute to take a picture of 999.99 miles.
Then when I continued on my way, instead of flipping back to 000.00, it just moved the decimal one place to the right for 1000.0
Which makes sense and it's cool, it just threw me for a minute. Still, 1000 miles in just under 3 months. 3 months of winter, no less. *pats self on back*

qft. I would hate to see such a close-up shot of my own face. distance shots, however, I can roll with:
