Yeah, I came to that conclusion recently, too.  Like, I started using it because the interface, at the time, was marginally better than the regular Twitter interface, but I've long since abandoned it after Twitter fixed a couple of things that weren't working right before.

I still stand behind Hootsuite. If only for the ability to schedule tweets.

Boy, good thing I'm not universally loved on the internet, then I'd have to live with being universally hated.

Nope!  Dude was drunk!
EDIT: in fact, if you follow the thread of that little exchange, you'll also note that he imagined an entire other person who wasn't there!

I hope to some day be enough of a celebrity that people will lie about seeing me places.

Talib Kweli has laptop and phone stolen from Melbourne club, tracks down thief via Twitter - it's still recent in his feed but here's an image of the tweets for later.

I tweeted about her death metal segment on last night's show. I woke up to a bunch of new followers and retweets.

And is it bad that I don't know who she is? (I'm guessing 'yes')

She's a commentator on MSNBC. Probably the smartest commentator on MSNBC.

It's from Tampa. Where the 2012 Republican national convention is going. Instead of Arizona.

I prefer Mika Brzenzinski, largely for her ability to condescend to Joe Scarborough and have him remain unaware of it.

Ohh... she was all "Cannibal Corpse" and I was all "\m/ \m/" and she was all "I didn't know there was an emoticon for that!" and my fanboy heart grew two sizes too big.

One of the funnier things on Twitter, to me, is when Patton Oswalt finds someone plagiarizing from him and congratulates them for it, sarcastically.  Today was the Columbia University's Valedictorian plagiarizing Oswalt's "Physics for Poets" bit.
