I had no idea
this video for Immortal's All Shall Fall
existed, has it been posted yet? Holy shit. It is simultaneously ridiculously amazing and awesome while also retaining an element of the ludicrousness of their older videos. It's like, they punched through the cartoon black metal thing into a world of fucking awesome where they are jamming the fuck out on top of a cliff over a fjord and fuck you if you don't get it.

It's completely consistent with their aesthetic with the possible exception of the out-of-nowhere pelvis wiggle Abbath does at one point.

I really don't like the filter they put over it, but every other thing about it that's cheesy is cheesy in an acceptable way.

I can't say I like the video, but the only distinguishing feature between it and their 'Grim Frostbitten Kingdoms' video is that apparently these days they have enough money to use better cameras and hire a helicopter.

Ke$ha and friends - Dead Flowers
I have no fucking clue how this exists--it appears to be a video of Ke$ha and a dozen or so of her friends hanging out in the corner at a party with a bunch of guitars. I've certainly been at parties where such things happened, and turned into an impromptu jam session on some song or another. But there were never cameras around, you know? I guess things are different when you're famous.
Anyway, I find this shit adorable, and it's probably the first time in my awareness of Ke$ha that I've been able to enjoy some shit she's done without being conflicted about it. I know the grumps on this board will hate this no matter what, because that's their raison d'etre, so please, usual suspects, form a single file line with your haterade cups at the ready. But you know what? Fuck you. This is tight.

Is there a newer version of this thread? Couldn't find it. Anyway here is my wife's cousin playing ukelele and singing a cute little song about the snowpocalypse

It took an aussie to hip me to this funnily enough. C'mon was the first NZ rock n roll TV show. This was the final episode of season one in '67 and it's clear they went all out thinking it wouldn't get a second. That rock n roll was a just a fad after all. Hosted by the iconic-in-NZ Peter Sinclair (star of a particularly bizarre urban legend). This is 13+ minutes of lip-sync awesome.

Really? I kinda assumed everyone in NZ had heard the story. The legend was that Peter had to go to the hospital to get a jar of vegemite removed from his arse. It's an awesome urban legend because it involves both implied homosexuality and a locals-only sandwich spread.
