How does one accidentally pop one's shoulder out of one's socket?  Were you trying to escape from a straitjacket?

I turned over in bed and it just went POP. Same thing happened to me when I was 20; I had to have a friend pop it back in that time. This time I just flailed around in pain until it worked its way back in. This is the same shoulder I broke when I was 16.

I feel like maybe you're getting too old for this shit Miles

Though of course that reference is probably the first thing everybody says and in fact refers to the wrong character so I suck
