Halloween's a-coming again!  Anyone have any ideas for this year?  Because my lady wants to be Daenerys, it looks as though I've been conscripted into being her Khal Drogo.  Looking into ordering faux-suede from the internet.

I am gonna use this pattern to some end, but I dunno exactly what.

Suggestions so far have included a lightbulb, a zombie undead electrocuted cocktail waitress, Peter Gabriel at the end of Sledgehammer, a Christmas tree, and an amorphous, diaphanous, bio-luminescent comb jellyfish from the abyss ( the last one is Evan's phrasing, not mine).

Any thoughts?

I've always wanted to go to a party with a female friend as F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald.  The costume would be old-timey clothes and being blacked out on gin.

I was Reverend Harry Powell last year, that was pretty cool/easy.  I feel like I need something elaborate now that I'm in San Francisco, though.

edit: for the deee-lite costume, where would I get a full body leotard?

Oh man, my dear friend and roommate Paul has just informed me that he will be dressing up as a VHS copy of Jurassic Park for Halloween and I laughed for a good 10 minutes straight. That shit is going to be incredible.
