I think my skill set and experience could go a really long way in a lot of different contexts; just need to figure out what those are, and what's realistically pursuable without a ton of extra education.

nah. the landlords have owned the building forever and they are old and just don't really need the rent to be that high they said. It's kinda shabby but it works.

Dave lives in adams morgan. It is rougher than my hood, generally, but I am closer to rougher than rough hoods, which brings on some interesting problems.  For example, I can walk to trinidad in 10 minutes.
