Oh, sure, I don't think that 2) above is something that most even mildly crazy conservatives know about, I just think it's Patient 0; the reason why the anti-MOOchelle narrative has calcified as "she's a closeted black militant who hates America" as opposed to other possible narratives: "She has a career and is therefore a lesbian," "She has a career and therefore hates her kids," "She's a trial lawyer using her politically-connected husband as a pawn," "She has a Ludacris song on her iPod and therefore hates white people," etc etc etc.  It would be something, and this is the absurd-chosen something. 

I'm actually mildly relieved that the narrative against her isn't more racially-charged
