In physical form, they've only been published in various fantasy anthologies (Legends, Legends II, and Warriors), but Martin's talked about releasing a collection of the first four at some point.

What's great about them is that they are actually self-contained stories, they don't spiral outward like ASIOF proper does, so they're pretty satisfying. The first and third especially. (The middle one is just kinda meh).
