honestly there's not really a ton to take pictures of in mineral. there's a few shops, a few government type places and then some houses.. and for the most part it's mostly people's chimneys falling down. the cuckoo house and the dmv are things that sustained more damage.. the guy at the corner of 3rd and main had some more extensive damage..and the plumbing/electrical place looked like the whole building was cracking (i heard someone say he was saying he had like 100k in damages)

I haven't heard any east coasters freaking out about the earthquake, at least not in any negative capacity. Mostly it was people saying, you know, 'Wow! That was crazy! I've never experienced that before!' Which doesn't seem like the sort of thing that a west coaster could get all jaded and crabby about without seeming somewhat churlish. You know? It's a new thing. New things are exciting. Me, I was at work and didn't feel a god damned thing. I'm just bummed because I would have like to have felt a earthquake too.

I didn't feel anything either. Even if I had, I probably would've just shrugged it off as a particularly nasty Seneca gun
