We just had a Korean feast! I used to think I was lawful/neutral, nut now I think I define myself as lucky/fat...


Dwenjang chigae and sticky rice with peas // Dubu jun (pan-fried tofu / soy sauce and chilli sauce dips [Mrs Ink's secret recipe])


Kamja twiggim (battered potato slices) - you need those dips with these // Kongnamul muchim (beansprouts, spring onions, chilli powder, sesame seeds etc.)


Toasted anchovies with chilli sauce, sesame oil, corn syrup and mirin // Salad, with with soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar and toasted sesame seeds
