the TJ Maxx/Marshalls/Ross contingent up here DESTROYS the ones I went to where I grew up. Thank you, the influence of rich people

I can never find anything in those stores! You have to, like, look at a lot of stuff and it's all scattered and everything's always on the floor.

The ones up here are usually fairly well organized, which is probably also thanks to the influence of rich people. The only thing scary is going anywhere near the bath products, because people have no qualms about opening and spilling all the fancy bubblebath.

well how else are you gonna find out what it smells like???

I bought a hair clip thing from publix (grocery store) and it's awesome. I look like an oily librarian.

I always pick ridiculous things to be nostalgic about in the places I have lived, and for FLA that thing is definitely Publix.  I used to hit up one with a deli for awesome subs after work and some of that private label black cherry cola.  Awesome.

Certain Marshalls/TJ Maxxs around here have like fancy Italian-made shirts and Ralph Lauren Purple Label and like last season's Rag & Bone shit but number 1, that ain't me and number 2, it's still real expensive.  Like I'm going to drop $125 on a shirt I bought at Marshall's; sheeiiiiiiiiiiiiit.

dude don't they all have delis? publix subs are the bomb but sometimes they cut my mouth. And if you are vegetarian! you can pick up a pack of tofurkey sandwich meat from the produce section, hand it to a sub-maker and they will put it on your sub for you and only charge you for a regular turkey sandwich. BOMB-ASS.

I got a new jacket today. And I won't lie: I'm wearing big Frye boots, black coated denim, an off-white Farm Tactics tee and this black Robert Geller Cotton Moto Jacket, and I look fairly badass.

I was just thinking "how come there's no photos in this thread?" and then I remembered that Arlo busted the thread by looking like a fucking champ in his suit.

Nothing too strange about wearing sunglasses over regular glasses. Glasses people don't deserve crows' feet any more than anyone else.

I had the same thought—did a double take when I first saw that photo.
