Red flame is good, but I at the time I just could not cope with evil red flame. Should I go back?

sometimes think evil red flame is his best mixtape

i'm still cycling thru all the mixtapes, but i was definitely moved by evil red flame. for some reason "Whats 100 Dollers" really made an impression. (on 2nd listen, not so much)

Also, I'm a know-nothing with most sports. Can anyone help me make sense of the whole Reggie Miller trope in the flame mixtapes?

EDIT: Maybe there's nothing to make sense of. I guess a better question is -- does Lil B just mean he's like a killer 3-point shooter? Or is there more to it?

So, Devil Music Edition is different from Evil Red Flame? I phrase this as a question, but I'm downloading the evil one now, so I assume I know the answer.

The Devil Music one, though, is, I think, my favourite Lil B so far. I'm kindof disappointed that I think that, because I also think it's his most mainstreamy one I've heard, but what are ya gonna do?

Wait, are you asking us to explain why Lil B compares himself to a famous individual?

Only because it's the only famous person he names a song after, right? And he just seems to repeat "I'm Reggie Miller" so many times, it's like there's meant to be layers to the comparison. Best I've come up with is that Reggie Miller, in addition to being a 3-pointer king, was nicknamed "Knick Killer". So maybe he wants us to think "killer" in addition to "basketball star"?

On that tape, yes.  Ellen Degeneres, Hugh Hefner, Bill Bellamy, Miley Cyrus, Fabio, and Jesus might argue against its particular significance, though.

On that note, "Ellen Degeneres" is probably my favorite based-celebrity song.  Her name makes a great borderline psychotic mantra.

Reggie Miller was a killer, not just of the Knicks. But he was also real nerdy and a pure shooter/defender. There were a lot of glamorous 2 guards in the NBA in his day, and while he was one of the best, no kids were emulating him.

Are all the mixtapes pretty easy to find (he asks because he's too lazy to google)?

There's a few that aren't on there that you can probably find on media fire or whatever.

On the subject of terrifying Lil B songs, the sonics on "Pussy On My Face" are pretty fucked up.  Also, the face at 1:40.

so my brother asked me about what Based he should start with. Have you guys ever come up with a good "Intro to BasedWorld"?

I mean, obviously the proper way is to lock him in a room with nothing but Boss on repeat, and eventually he'd never want to hear anything else, but that is not entirely feasible in this instance.
