What's making me happy right now??

I'll tell you.

So something odd happened tonight.  It's not that I cry more or less than any other 20 year old male.  I don't claim any sort of machismo, or emo tendencies, but something hit me like a bag of hammers.

and most were turned teeth out.

I walked upstairs and could barely hold back my tears.  I fell onto my bed and had a huge fit to myself.  I was trying the whole time, to figure out what the hell I was so upset about.  The best I could do, was, it was because I didn't know what was making me so upset...that's why I was so upset.

right.

anyway, this is what made me happy...not happy, so much as in awe of the universe.

I hit a dry spell, and sort of sniffled, rubbed the salt from my eyes...the whole ordeal...when my phone starts ringing.  It's 'her' (see open letter and subsequent drama).  She asked what I was doing, and I said that was an awkward question to answer.  I guess she heard the telltale choky, snotty quiver that anybody who's been caught crying will know of.

"were you crying?"

I said yes

"....
so was I..."

I guess this is really a depressing post, but I didn't mean it as one...it's just interesting how the universe tends to line things up sometimes...

it's beautiful really.

I recently finally got my years-long favorite t-shirt idea made into a reality.
On the front, it has a big picture of a very agitated rooster.
On the back, it says "Rock out with your cock out!"

After working 12 days in a row, including a fucking 14-hour marathon yesterday, I finally had a day off.  With nothing much on the agenda, I checked a movie out from the library, practiced my drumming, rocked out a bit on the chord organ, and am now preparing to marinate some tofu.  Sometimes a day without anything to do is exactly what you need.
