had the BEST sushi ever last night (volanco rolls. that's an orgasmic experience) and "european thunder" martini (vodka, whiskey, raspberry liquer, cranberry & lime juice) and got to hang out with my two best friends who i've known since middle school. honestly, the last time the 3 of us were in the same room together had to have been at least 4 years ago.

today, i work then head down i75 to pick up andronicus for a few days of hangouts. let the good times roll.

also, i am listening to some crazy bad/good pop-punk right now and it's making me feel 14 all over again. cobra starship, i love you.

Please to describe what's in a volcano roll!  I'm quite intrigued by the name.

Last night, I made leslie's Cowboy Mashed Potatoes recipe, except I also added a sweet potato and some parsley to the mix.  It was delicious!

Greg: the Volcano Roll, if I remember correctly, included salmon & scallop, green onion, maybe carrot and/or avocado, and cream cheese, then it had this spicy mayo crab topping. HEAVENLY.

Jim: so adorable! What did you guys decide on for a name? Did I miss that in another thread? Do you not want us to know just in case we decide to kidnap your adorable, fun-named children?

so, by some miracle or clerical error somewhere, i am elligible to take the digidesign protools 201 and 210M certification tests. these are usually $3000, but because of my grades, i can take them for $50, and this basically says that i can use a big ol' TDM rig as well as almost anyone who is a professional protools op. i did not intend or really even want to take this, but i also didn't expect to qualify for the deal. a pleasant surprise though, in the midst of a shitty time.

Man I ain't had a good stout in a while and I slurped down a four pack of the black stuff at a party last night in about thirty minutes. Then I started drinkin the IPAs without realizing that I was already pished. This morning was not fun.
