seBADoh fans plz advise

Years ago a friend of mine closed off a mixtape with this 15-minute, erm, "song" by Sebadoh that largely consisted of hilarious, self-congratulatory sloganeering from Lou interspersed with tape collages and snippets of partially-formed songs.  Phrases like "bloody with Uzi fire," "the lonely band that mutters" and "eagerly butt-fucking your grandpa" spring to mind, altho I haven't seen or heard said tape in years.  I (fucking) googled key phrases before posting, but with no relevant hits.

Where might I find this, and how much do you want for it okthxbye

that one? I think it's on a 7" or somehting.

That title definitely rings a bell, but for some reason I recall it being a bit longer than a 7" would typically allow.

I think it was a bonus track on a Sup Pop sampler.  The title was something about Curtis W Pitts being Sub Pop Employee of the Month if memory serves.  I think it was some kind of tape collage the band used to play before shows.

hmm, "flood/ken" is how i remember it. it was on the end of a cd single or something. let me see what i can find by googling.
