Good remedies for sinus infections

So, mon amis, I have a sinus infection right now and it's snowing outside and I don't want to walk to Walgreen's.  The only medication we have in the house is:

1)  Actifed Cold&Allergy, expired in 2003

2)  Midol

Can I take either of these without dying?

This is way super late, but it saddens me that no one came to your aid in your hour of need.
TAKE THEM BOTH AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
...by which I mean, I don't think that taking expired cold/sinus medication will actually hurt you. The most it could do is be ineffective. Did you get anything else?

Yeah, I actually have a bunch of expired medicine, because the gf bought a bunch of meds at Costco eons ago and they haven't run out yet.  2003 just seems... too long.  There's no estrogen or anything in the Midol, so it probably woulda been OK.  Eventually I just walked over to Walgreen's and got Theraflu and "Wal"-profen.  It worked OK.  I'm SO getting a bottle of whiskey today though, for whiskey-and-tea purposes.  Damn.

medications lose their potency after the expiration date. they don't transform into body fucking monsters.
