Computer Help Needed for Blogspot...

I see lots of people here have a blogspot thing- my question is this: you know where the title goes across the top? Underneath that, some people have cool tagline type of things. How do you do that? I've tried looking in the template settings, but it never seems to work...

Any help much appreciated...

under "change settings", there's a space for title, and underneath that is "description". whatever you type there will show up as the tagline you want.
