I am highly sad because Lost Season 2 came out on DVD, and I cannot afford it.  So sad.  I need my fix!

Yowzers.  Those are incredible.
I rarely lust after things that are well beyond my means but damn, that makes me wish I was rich.

Just get this, Greg! It's only six bucks!  And, it even says "a handy way to document your information [with] plenty of room to record meeting and convention notes and more! ."

(maaik)Oh, I just wanted to tell the peoples that I want an Electro Voice RE20 microphone.  But it costs money.

(t-MO) get a job.

(maaik) I have two.  one just doesn't pay me.

(t-MO) looks like you're stuck with your rubber bands on a kleenex box and your mixing bowl drums.

(maaik) looks like you're stuck with your MOM.

now i know most of you are too cool for this, but i try to be a mildly fashionable guy. there's a place in boston, on newbury [fancypants] st. called Karma Loop which sells wicked gangster clothing. Just wishlisting, i made a shopping cart with a couple (7) of choice items. grand total: $1,089.00. fucking a. can't wait to get a super-tastic job.

my bus to work goes through what i guess you would probably consider the "ghetto" and stuff like this is super in among the dudes that get on the bus 'round there.  lotsa weird fashions, i think, like hoodies with superheroes all over 'em, or cartoon characters.  i dont' really get it.

y'know, i don't know why it is, but in my opinion the sweetest clothing nowadays is this kind of jazz, with roots in "ghetto" fashion. makes no sense that people with no money would be the inspiration for intense clothing. seems weird, actually. but goddamn this shit looks amazing.

last time i saw my friend john from delaware, who is crazy just like everyone else from that state, he kept walking around saying "freedom ain't free, it's got a hefty fee!" at random moments, all night.

i should buy him that shirt.

That hoodie is awesome!  I'm not one for very colorful or eye-catching clothes, but I'd wear that shit out.

I'm also fascinated by that hoodie that Kanye West has that zips all the way up to the top the hood, and there's a mask printed over the face.  That's just silly and neat.

I haven't gone looking for pictures, but I keep seeing people dressed up in hoodies with skeletons on them, like a Halloween costume of a skeleton, except it's April.

This is as good a place as any to put this, I suppose.  I'm thinking I want a pair of gold ballet flats, but I'm really hard on ballet flats, since I wear them barefoot, so I won't spend more than $40 on them.  I'm looking at zappos, and find these:

I think they're cute.  They're also $478.95.  WTF?!

reese's "emo kids" comment is dead on--i feel like i've seen pics of gerard from my chemical romance wearing one of these, which is probably enough to start the fashion trend right there.

I always assumed it was a Donnie Darko thing.
Also, one of my friends has a very old one that's from some band and is a little different than the ones kids are wearing now.  I'm not sure what band it is.
