She does have some pretty stiff competition but, finally, I'd have to agree with you on that.

I'd go as far as to say she's the best female singer who plays the harp.
She's got the old lady/Lisa Simpson category down pat, obviously.

When I saw her live, she opened with an a capella song, does anybody know the name of that/know where I can hear it again? (It's not on MEE)

I saw her open for Oldham last April. She was really great live; I've enjoyed MEE thoroughly since I bought it. Her voice is pretty disarming at first, though. More like an eight year old than an old lady.
'Inflammatory Writ' is, most assuredly, my fav. track on the album.

It's called "Yarn and Glue" and it's on the EP of the same name. But the album version is so NOT a capella.

Ugh. Her voice grates on me and on the tracks where she actually tries to compete with the harp, I'm rooting for the harp.

When I saw her live...
I
should
have seen her live, with both Devendra Banhart AND Vetiver, but they sold out just as I tried to get tickets.
Words cannot describe how immeasurably pissed I was.
