No, the squid was miniature.  It was a side dish, and each little squid was smaller than my thumbs are.  Definitely not still alive, but I wouldn't say they were cooked, either. 

The live octopus freaks me out a lot; I'd never be able to eat that 'cause I'd be scared of it suctioning onto my throat for dear life and choking me in the process.

In a way, I like the idea of eating something that could kill you while you're in the process of consuming it

I'm really really craving Japanese food, and have been all week. Sushi or Yakitori. Nostalgic for drunk times in auckland with sake and friends.



This is from, ooh, about a year and a half ago, and shows Campbell and Marinus's's's' hands, about to toast, for some reason, I think it was either el josh or reese. I can't remember why, but I think it was after a dozen beers and about 3 jugs of sake.

I'm craving a toaster oven. There's pizza in the house, but cold pizza's just not my bag. I could heat it up in the oven, but that's a lot of effort just for pizza.

Also, some grass would be nice. But that'd probably just fuck up my motivation.

I have been craving In-N-Out burgers ever since I posted about them last week.  But I don't have the $$ for plane tickets so I'm gonna have to try and make something similar myself.
