things I have eaten so far today:

*  a donut (I can't believe Starbucks carries top pot donuts.  I hate the nipple-less mermaid, but I love, love, love the top pot donuts.)

* two Brooklyn Pennants

*  about 5 cups of coffee

*  a couple of Loratadine

instead of a bowl of cereal, which was my very strong first impulse, I have actually cooked some linguine and beet greens.  which I am about to have with a glass of wine.  to counteract all the coffee.

I need to start eating real food instead of living off of caffeine and stress.

I feel you on this.  I'm going to get an ulcer soon, I just know it.

i, on the other hand, hate all you skinny fuckers for being able to get through the day without eating two decent-sized meals.

if i could do that, i could be as skinny as you guys! and then maybe my self-image wouldn't be so fucked!

I'm not skinny, Andrew.  I just said my stomach's fucked up and I eat badly.  I should lose weight because of how I eat, but it's a matter of when I eat that's the problem.

Yeah, I'm also on a restricted diet which makes me way less excited about eating in general.  Though I don't think that caffeine and stress are good for clearing up pre-cancerous cells either...

I'm also going to yell "I'm sick you jerk!" at the next "friend" who tells me how great (meaning thin) I look.  It's not cool.  Also, my boobs have shrunk and none of my bras fit.   So yeah, I guess it's good to be thin, but I wish the circumstances were a little different.

I should put this in a list to conform to the format of this thread, huh?  Or move the whole thing to the annoyed thread.

The Pennant Ale, made by Brooklyn Breweries.  They're not too bad.

i myself thought of the last time the brooklyn dodgers won the pennant, and figured that an over 50 year old trophy would be a really weird thing to eat.

Hey man, the lady's under a lot of pressure right now. If she needs to eat 50-year-old trophies, let's be supportive of her snackfood choices!

things i did this afternoon in place of reading 100 pages of the faerie queen:

-plucked my eyebrows
-read portions of my roommate's copy of the new yorker
-convinced my academic adviser that i do not need to drop my minor
-watched an episode of what not to wear
-ate a delicious turkey sandwich

Things I just said to my boss that could have been phrased better:

* "Realplayer?  What are you, new?"

things which I have so far eaten for dinner:

* a bowl of cheerios
* a tub of cottage cheese
* a banana
* a bowl of potato chips
* 1/4 of a Premium Cheese Strip Danish
* a glass of milk

...and now I think the peanut butter cup ice cream should be soft enough to eat while I watch the last disc of season 1 of big love.  I LOVE getting home before the grocery store closes.  I never just go buy whatever I feel like eating.

I'm just thinking of the many types of tubs out there and how...
anxious... I would be if some of them were filled with cottage cheese.

Somehow I love egg salad and tuna salad, but cottage cheese grosses me out. So, if they ever remake "The Heartbreak Kid" again...think about changing that scene up for audience members like me!
