Inspired by this thread, I've been looking for a Futurama source, since I've only seen the occasional episode. Behold:

I looked for it on tvlinks! Maybe I just didn't look under cartoons. Anyhow, I actually looked to buy a season or two, but didn't find them locally. Maybe I'll get around to ordering them sometime.

I did finish season two in the time allotted. Now back to
The Sopranos
for me.

I was looking for the DVDs purchased thread, but I found this one on the way, so I gave up. . .
I bought the first three volumes of Futurama. I was only going to buy one, but they were $19.99 each at FYE, so that seemed like a good deal. I'm enjoying them.

Worse than that, actually, I'm watching the episode, then the episode with commentary, then the next episode. I finished volume 1 that way, and I'm starting on volume 2.

I've never heard the commentary. Sometimes I feel like I oughtta, but then I can't hear the episode, and I just end up watching it with the regular soundtrack for the twenty-somethingith time.

greg, an interesting trick i discovered that may help with that--when i watched "brick" for the third time, i watched it with subtitles, and then watched it with the commentary track on immediately afterwards. i didn't bother to turn off the subtitles because it didn't occur to me that they would stay on while i was playing the commentary track, but they did, so i then got to follow along with the movie by subtitles while still hearing the commentary track. maybe you could try that with futurama.

hopefully the return to the episode format will make them better than the movies were. i like the movies alright (i like beast with a billion backs a whole lot, the rest less so), but i think the show works a lot better in the shorter form. im excited, either way. futurama is a really great show.

the first one is generally good, but theres too much pandering fan service cameos and crap for no reason and the truly awful songs drag the whole thing down. the third one is really good for the first half and then gets sucked into this awful lord of the rings parody thing for the rest of the time. the fourth one ive only seen once, but it was ok i guess.

Sorry for the resurrection but is this season of Futurama over? If not, where can I watch Futurama episodes that were aired after "The Futurama Holiday Spectacular"? Thanks

As far as I know, there are no places online to watch TV shows. I think all you can really do is watch episodes of television programs as they're broadcasted.

Actually Greg, I heard there was a site you could use to watch the Walking Dead online. I just wish someone somewhere had a link for that.
