I feel you man, but wait until you watch Season 3.  Less Dean Stockwell, more retarded love triangles.

Wait, blonde-chick Deepthroat III is in love with Krycheck?  That make so little sense it's not even funny.

Robots dressed as humans singing Bob Dylan.  I rest my case.

edit:  It's not without it's moments; it's just compared with Seasons 1 and 2 that it ain't shit.

And dude, you won't find a stauncher opponent of "Their early stuff was better" than me, whether in re: music or TV or film or any art film.  So it pains me to say it.  If it helps, I've nothing but hype in my soul for Razor/S4.

Yeah, that jump in the S2 finale is one of the great writers-room-has-a-swinging-pair moments.

fuckin A.

I can't sleep. I'm crazy over here.

Just sitting at my kitchen table, downloading old dead boys songs and scribbling in a lawrence ferlinghetti book with a crayon. smoking weed and parying for sleep.

This was the first thing I saw when I skimmed this page, and I was like, "Oh good, blucas agrees with me that Battlestar just keeps getting more awesome."

haha, really I was lukewarm, wait-and-see on that development.  My main beef with Season 3 is the stupid, stupid, stupid love triangles and the inordinate amount of time spent on them.

That's a valid beef, to be certain, but the rest of the season is OMG THIS IS FUCKING AWESOME HOLY SHIT FUCK FUCK so I mean, I can deal with stupid love triangles.

My main problem is that Adama shaved his moustache.

So, buzzkill, but I just finally watched last week's Frontline on Cheney. First, I felt like I was watching All the President's men. Then, it was these Hebrew School videotapes about national socialism. Then, it was just a tragic history documentary. I'm really scared, and would like someone to hold me-- particularly someone with/someone with a brother with a foreign passport and a hankering for a wife. There is just the usual information, except it was all tied in a bow with Frontline graphics, and I am shook up pretty good. Goddamnit I wish I had gone to law school or nursing school, stopped making effete art and prancing about and could do ANYTHING but worry.

Am I going to hate myself if I watch Heroes tonight, despite never seeing an episode? I want to see my girl, damnit.
Also, who wants to buy me S3 of VMars? Raise your hand, please.

OH YEAH, I almost forgot: while we were watching Old Joy the other night, I kept trying to figure out where I'd seen the Adrien Brody knock-off before... It was driving me nuts. Then like halfway through the film it clicks: he's the guy that brings Chris home after he gets mugged in that third season ep. of the Sopranos and asks Adriana for some money. He was on screen for about 90 seconds.
