I'm drinking coffee to get energy up for hauling up to the upper west side to pick up my violin.  I hope it doesn't cost a bajillion bux.  then I have to go to work.  then 3 birthday parties.  busy day!

I dunno man, the parking lot attendants at Stone Mountain are kinda fucked.  They stand at the entrance of a parking lot, wave traffic in and occasionally give directions.  Alone.  In a parking lot.  For hours a day.

I went bowling today, and there was this guy, with like a uniform on cause he worked there. Only, he was just sitting on this stool the whole time switching between staring into space and watching people's score screens and after about two hours I couldn't take it anymore so I asked him what his job was and he said he was their repairman. So I go, you work here full time? He says yep. The only way I can figure it is this guy was sitting there waiting for something to break. And sure, the place has only been open for a couple weeks but is that not weird?

I guess it wouldn't be the boringest though, cause watching bowling is fun.

same here and i'm so sick of being in this this STUPID sling. ug. i;ve never felt so dependant in all my life and this sucks. but i keep telling myself i'm lucky to have an arm could have been soooo much worse. some people don't walk away from motorcyle accidents so. yeah but still. sucks.

jeb, me too. i had very little work to do today, and i've been done with it for hours, and just been sitting on lptj trying to catch up. and now i have--now that i've been off work for an hour. so now i will go home and cook some of the awesome groceries i bought yesterday. fake chicken fajitas are on the menu for tonight. i'm excited.

We're gonna try to leave here when Dan-o gets off work...around 4:30 ish?  Then I think we're gonna park in Lincoln and hitch a ride with Justin the rest of the way to Omaha... so I'm supposing we'll get to O-ha between 7:30 and 9? ish?  Hard sayin' for sure though, really.

Totally. I heard a rumor about possibly doing something at Eric's place. If nothing else we could do it here, but it might be kinda inconvenient when so few of the likely attendees live in this city.

True.  Hopefully we can get something together on the weekend prior to Thxgiving...like we did last year.  The few weekdays before the Thxgiving will be pretty hectic for me.  Of course, you usually work on weekends, don't you?

Well anyways, we'll talk about it Saturday.

That would be ideal. I definitely can't do it on the 10th since I'm committed to a different dinner party that night. The 17th would probably be good. I could shoot over to Lincoln right after work. I don't even care about work the next day. I'll go tired. Although this one dude does owe me half a day that I could have him take on that Sunday morning to buy a few hours.
