i think he's referencing ratings he gave movies when he was 13 or so, though, so by now he probably can't explain why he gave them those ratings either.

Well, I was thinking more about the watching 7 Road House movies now, although 13 year old Whit's logic would be pretty interesting. But that just seems like torture.

Although apparently the 2006 straight to video sequel did have Corey Hart and Jake Busey in it...

Yeah, there was certainly a live action police academy. I'm pretty sure it had the big big dude and the blonde woman from the film in it. I'm going to be real worried if I'm wrong and this show didn't exist, because it's pretty clearly in my head.

well, i was referring to the movie when i said live action, but i don't discount the possibility of a TV show, this is all before my time.

I'm at work helping the production company they bought in for this big shindig do their thing. Mostly, I'm just standing around while they do their thing, but occasionally I've answered questions and opened things. I kind of ran out of things to do to look busy, so now I'm just sort of hiding in the booth and hoping I shouldn't be scurrying around doing something that I'm not aware I should be scurrying around doing.

Not only was there a cartoon, there were toys to market it. One of them had a dude in his boxers and he had little fisticuffs (handcuffs shaped like fists). I knew about the cartoon long before the movies, I remember.
