The Sprint customer service rep I just spoke to on the phone was the most fucking patronizing piece of shit.  God her voice made my skin crawl.  Fucking reprogramming the phone and I punch in the number she tells me to punch in and I click OK like she tells me to and she asks me if I've done it and I say yes and she says Oh Good Job!! like I'm a toddler or a fucking mental incompetent.  Jesus fuck lady, you may think your phone skills are great but you don't fucking talk to people like they're a classroom of retarded kindergarteners.  If you were in front of me talking to me like that I'd smash your fucking face in with a brick.  You are an asshole.

I sprained my foot or something, and it's annoying the crap out of me.  This dull, swollen pain. 

As near as I can tell from looking at diagrams on the internet, the problem is where the "tibialis posterior" tendon connects to the "tuberosity of the navicular bone".  So I've got a bit of a limp today.

not that the dr could do much about a sprain anyway. 600-800mgs of ibuprofen, ice, elevate, ace bandage to immobilize as much as possible.

Does the ibuprofen help with the Healing Process, or is just to be a painkiller?  Painkillers make me feel hell of weird in the head, but if it helps the foot, I'll trade head-grossness for foot-health.
