I think about that story more than anything else I've ever read on the internet.

She's clearly a reader of Timothy Zahn, at least.

Two days ago there was four inches of snow on the ground. Today it is 70 degrees. WTF Ohio.

I would trade you in a second. Weather should be appropriate to its season.

As much as I really hate Florida weather, I don't think I'm the kind of person who can survive winter. This isn't even THAT cold and I'm already sick of it. The next four months aren't gonna be very fun, I imagine.

Some helpful hints:

1)  Buy some polyprop thermals
2)  Always do a shot of whiskey before leaving the house
3)  Carry some dry socks with you
4)  Don't be a wuss

1) done
2) eh, I'd love to do this but 95% of the time when I am leaving I am on my way to work
3) that's a good idea
4) fuck you

Well, I'm back in Detroit. Miami was fucking awesome and I have a mile high stack of galleries to begin approaching, so that's a plus. Also, the black beans and rice and fried plantains withdrawal is miserable.

And, HEATHCOTE! WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN? (Cuz... um... I missed you.)

heya! I've just been real busy with stuff around london and in life. I'm all good now, slighty peeved that i spend half an hour looking for the remote to the tv (which is downstairs) and it's on my bed for some reason.

Tonight me and my friends were at this bar and we met some chick named Marissa. I guess she's playing at the Qwest Center tomorrow night with some orchestra or something. She offered us beejays if we could get her coke. Unfortunately none of us are coke kind of guys.

It's been over 70 degrees out for the past few days.  It's December and I coulda been wearing shorts yesterday.  I mean, I appreciate it and all (maybe the heavens heard me when I said "Man, it can just stay like this all the time" last spring), but I take it back!  This isn't right!

I know, man...I was wearing shorts last night.  I did put on a long sleeve shirt just out of principle though.
