blucas--i'm sure i wouldn't actually physically abuse almanzo if i was ever in his presence. i would almost undoubtedly get into a raging debate with him about something or other, though.

Now that it is morning I will add that it was most great to meet everyone, as everyone is great, and I hope it happens again soon. Well, Doctor Bob will be back in Ireland by then, but nonetheless. Anyhow, I remain annoyed that I had to leave early!

Oh, a few stray points:
- Jim's beard is indeed a wonder to behold
- Although I should've known better, given him being related to FK and all, blucas is much taller than I had expected him to be
- Almanzo would probably explode into soap bubbles if you cockpunched him, he's so cheerful; I wish I had spoken to him and his wife more!
- I kept on forgetting that Dr. Bob is not a real doctor
- and Lucy and Brian, as always: a delight

I got a rejection letter from one of the grad schools I applied to earlier today. I dunno if it necessarily makes me "stabby." Mostly just afraid that I won't get into any of the others either, and I'll have to go back to doing retail or whatever the fuck I can find to do to pay the bills. Actually, "afraid." isn't really the word. "Paralyzing fear" covers it a bit better.

Are you using Comcast? They've been fucking with BT traffic lately...

Time Warner. I've had this problem for the longest time. When I was still using a PC and had a good bittorrent client, I was able to fix it (though I don't remember what I did) but now I'm using Transmission which is terrible but until I upgrade OS X it's about the best I can hope for

So I guess I will do whatever this thing is that Blucas is talking about
