I've watched a few eps of season 2 (season 1 torrent kept squelching on me) of Everwood this week, it's alright, it has that WB sheen which makes it seem like it should be a soft core porn film, which is somewhat annoying. The score is cloying, and it does (much as Blucas said it would) dip into sentimentality, but you know what? It's perfectly pleasant, both families have nice little dynamics, and with the exception of Marcia Cross's character I don't wish harm on any of them. Probably perfect sunday morning teevee to watch with a hangover and bowls of soup.

has anyone watched that show 'reaper'? metacritic gave it an 81, which is not too shabby. worth downloading?

I saw posters for it, and it looked like Dead Like Me, except less interesting.

However, if you believe that the greater exposure than just seeing a poster in a bus stop is required to produce a nuanced understanding of a cinematic work, then I would happily defer to someone who had actually seen the show. Or, like, a commercial for it, even.

K, we watched. I really like Andrew because I think the drama between him and Richard is going to be hilarious, and so like Ilan/Marcel. Richard = gigantic fucking douche oh god, and is going to be the best/worst combo of Marcel/Hung ever. I really think a female is going to win this one, for sure. This shit is gonna get good.

re: Top Chef, I haven't watched previous seasons but Mindy asked me to watch this season with her and it is in Chicago so I figured what the hell.  And that first episode was kind of fun.  That giant douche kid is going to be amusing as fuck though.  "Casa, motherfucker!"  hahahahahaha

Let us know if this is worth watching. I've read a couple of reviews and it sounds alright, and has certainly got a hell of a cast, but something about watching a series about a grumpy founding father doesn't exactly is putting me off.
