I've watched a few eps of season 2 (season 1 torrent kept squelching on me) of Everwood this week, it's alright, it has that WB sheen which makes it seem like it should be a soft core porn film, which is somewhat annoying. The score is cloying, and it does (much as Blucas said it would) dip into sentimentality, but you know what? It's perfectly pleasant, both families have nice little dynamics, and with the exception of Marcia Cross's character I don't wish harm on any of them. Probably perfect sunday morning teevee to watch with a hangover and bowls of soup.

So I've seen the first five Breaking Bads now. I'm quite impressed. So, thanks, hannah and team LPTJ for a good catch.

I saw posters for it, and it looked like Dead Like Me, except less interesting.

However, if you believe that the greater exposure than just seeing a poster in a bus stop is required to produce a nuanced understanding of a cinematic work, then I would happily defer to someone who had actually seen the show. Or, like, a commercial for it, even.

Oh man, but by skipping ahead you missed one of it's chief pleasures: the fact that killed off their magazine-cover teen heartthrob at the beginning of Season 2.  Watching that episode, and the abortion episode from S1, it's tough not to be dazzled by the fact that such a wussy show had such balls.

I thought you'd tell me something like this. Ah, well. Maybe I'll find the abortion episode on a single torrent and watch that.

K, we watched. I really like Andrew because I think the drama between him and Richard is going to be hilarious, and so like Ilan/Marcel. Richard = gigantic fucking douche oh god, and is going to be the best/worst combo of Marcel/Hung ever. I really think a female is going to win this one, for sure. This shit is gonna get good.

Andrew's the one that knows how to cook and Richard's the douchebag half of whose dialogue is censored because he's a idiot, yeah?

Also: how gimmicky and contrived is it that there's a couple in this competition?

I've caught a few episodes here and there. Generally entertaining, but didn't hold my attention.

re: Top Chef, I haven't watched previous seasons but Mindy asked me to watch this season with her and it is in Chicago so I figured what the hell.  And that first episode was kind of fun.  That giant douche kid is going to be amusing as fuck though.  "Casa, motherfucker!"  hahahahahaha

Let us know if this is worth watching. I've read a couple of reviews and it sounds alright, and has certainly got a hell of a cast, but something about watching a series about a grumpy founding father doesn't exactly is putting me off.

anybody know if the new top chef episodes are available online somewhere?  I don't want to wait the two months that it'll take for my tv impaired country to get it.

You can also probably buy em on iTunes if you think you've got too much money at present*

Actually you can't, I forgot about the whole NBC/Bravo thing with Apple last year. So yeah, just torrent them bitches.
