Margaritas! A bunch of them, on the rocks, with salt, some with strawberry or mango puree. This fairly upscale restaurant was having a special with $5 margaritas and $2 tacos tonight, so 12 of us went and had our own private little room in which to get drunk and stuffed in. I keep thinking I'm not that tipsy any more, and then realizing, oh no, not sober. Not yet.

for one glorious summer i lived within a two minute walk of that wonderland. oh how i miss it.


on a drunken note, last night i got home from work and my girlfriend was making me a martini (her second one ever...i taught her how last weekend). she used about a quarter bottle of gin, so relaxing with that before having anything to eat definitely had slightly drunken results. she's awesome.
